Anger is the most dangerous thing for everyone. It causes a lot of destruction. Some people are not able to control their anger. Sometimes they use abusive language to express their anger and sometimes they use physical violence on others to express anger. But this all cause harm to their own health and mind only. People try to control their anger but very few people are only able to control it. Many people become dangerous for others as well as for themselves. For these angry people, there are ‘rage rooms’ in which they can take out their anger by destroying things. But, does this trick really help people calm down? Or does this trick make angry people more furious?
One of the psychologists of Northeastern University, Christie Rizzo, explains that this ‘rage rooms’ trick is not suitable for angry people. Rather, this trick makes people angrier. When they hit some object, then they become more frustrated. This trick makes their mental health vulnerable.
For releasing your anger, you can see things differently. It means if you see that your children are spending more time in dance than study, then you should not shout on them. You should understand that maybe your children are more interested in dance. You should support them and also, calmly tell them the importance of both dance and study. Therefore, try to change think from a different and calm perspective. Do not get hyper about anything. If you are angry then no need to go in any ‘rage rooms’, rather you can do exercises and yoga. You should go for a morning walk which will make you fresh and you will not get angry at small things. Be happy and make others happy too with your good moods.
